Holiday Update

The picture below was taken with the new camera Jon gave me for Christmas - a Canon PowerShot SD1200IS - 10 MP. He also bought a 8GB memory card - holds 3000 pictures (yes three THOUSAND)!! The camera also does video.


Keeping with Jon's gift theme of the "Rabbit with the Sharp, Pointt Teeth"... a t-shirt.


Jon's mom also spoiled me rotten. Two books, a lightweight hoodie, and various stocking items.

Bandit also made out like, well, a bandit. I gave her a toy, a new collar, and a rawhide bone. Jon bought her a rubber frisbee type toy, and Jon's mom gave her a ball that holds kibble, and when the dog rolls it around, the kibble falls out randomly. Bandit was never interested in those when she was a puppy, but she bats it around the house now.

In other news, Bandit got a buzz cut. I tried to talk Jon into a haircut, but he would have no part in it. Doesn't Bandit look cute?

Funniest word of the year is....

(drum roll, please) ... douchenozzle.

I was reading on Yahoo about Guy Lafleur getting convicted and possibly going to jail (Story here). I was reading the comments, expecting the Habs faithful to jump to Guy's defense, when three comments in, there it was "and wow, his kid looks like a douchenozzle". I laughed so hard I nearly peed my pants.
