Winter comeback update

My climbing plant with the purple flowers....... it's CLEMATIS (getting that word off my tongue - that feels MUCH better)!!!

Today started out cold, but turned out pretty nice...about 10C. Everything seems ok; the strawberry plants even have flowers on them!

Just when you think you can's stand any more precipitation...RAIN tomorrow!

IT'S SNOWING!!!!!

Yes, you read that right!!! It's April 24 and there's snow falling AND sticking!!!







I just hope the snow doesn't kill the rest of my tulips, which were just starting to bud, or my strawberries, or my climbing plant with the purple flowers....... (dang, don't you just HATE it when you've got something right on the TIP of your tongue, but can't seem to shake it loose?)

In other news...Maria and I made it back from Vegas in one piece. A good time was had by all. My friend Sharon celebrated her mmmph'th brthday by inviting her friends to Vegas for a long weekend. More details and a page full of pics coming soon.
